Once you get in touch, we’ll ask a few quick questions to help us understand your goals and check if your project is a good fit, including your location, budget, timeline, and architect drawings.
Step 2 – Let’s Talk
Next, we’ll arrange a chat — either on Zoom or in person — to dig a little deeper into your plans. We’ll discuss your priorities, ideas, and must-haves, as well as review any drawings you already have. If everything’s aligned, we’ll offer a rough budget estimate based on the scope and help you assess what’s possible. If you’re still in early stages, we can also introduce you to one of our trusted architects.
Step 3 – Site Visit & Quote
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll arrange a site visit to assess your space and explore where adjustments or smarter choices could offer better value.. From there, we’ll create a detailed quote that breaks down each part of the build. It’s fully transparent — so you can clearly see how the budget aligns with your goals.
